Bear tank level 110 this site is outdated ..lol I have Emerald Nightmare full cleared in Heroic, and first boss in Trial of Valor in normal with current guild which I am a raid leader in. Just have too many people in guild who either do not have a good gaming network speed and lag out, or poop computers , or simply do not know or pay attention in fights, or don't put forth effort to get characters to where they should be.
Describe what are you looking for in a new guild?
Looking for a guild that successfully gets into and clears mythics.
List your current/previous guild and the reason for leaving.
Questadores-Feathermoon-US - have not left yet, but some things have recently developed in guild which is making me want to leave. Other raid leader setting people who already get butt hurt easily up for failure.
What positive qualities would you bring to a guild?
know fights, plenty of raiding experience, and raid leading experience. Learns fights easily.
